DANE COUNTY Page 1 of . <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #902 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - (Repair/sale of motor vehicles. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 3/26/91 EXPIRATION DATE: SEE BELOW <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Vienna - described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast quarter corner of said NE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4; thence North 150 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> West 233 feet; thence North 218 feet; thence East 233 feet; thence <br /> South 218 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Maximum of 6 vehicles for sale or storage at any one time. <br /> 2) . No advertising signs permitted on property. <br /> 3) . Permit is valid only for motor vehicle sale/storage and <br /> agricultural use of existing buildings. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or <br /> general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will <br /> not impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted <br /> in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will be taken to provide ingress and <br /> egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion in the <br /> public streets. <br />
