ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4969 � ' • ' Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of SPRINGDALE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: Pet. #4969/904: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Springdale described as follows: The Northerly 118 feet more or less of the following described parcel: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence East along the North line of the Northeast quarter 1337.2 feet, to the West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along the said 40 line, 669.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, 247.5 feet; thence S 45° East, 104.2 feet; thence S 59° 45' West, 85.2 feet; thence South, 210.4 feet; thence N 75° 55' West, 254.2 feet; thence North, 264.0 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to the following uses: 1. All uses permitted in the C-1 District. 2. Major repairs to motor vehicles. 3. Sales of new and used motor vehicles. 4.
