The <br /> property is located at 8772, 8776 + 8768 CTH PD in the Town of <br /> Springdale , more fully described as follows: <br /> C.U.P. #904: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Springdale described as <br /> follows: TO C-2: The Northerly 118 feet more or less of the following <br /> described parcel: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; <br /> thence East along the North line of the Northeast quarter 1337.2 feet, to the <br /> West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along the said 40 line, 669.3 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence East, 247.5 feet; thence S 45° East, <br /> 104.2 feet; thence S 59° 45' West, 85.2 feet; thence South, 210.4 feet; thence <br /> N 75° 55' West, 254.2 feet; thence North, 264.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-1: All that part of the Southerly 146 feet more or less of the following <br /> described parcel lying North of the centerline of CTH PD.
