- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Springdale described as follows: <br /> The Northerly 118 feet more or less of the following described parcel: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence East along the <br /> North line of the Northeast quarter 1337.2 feet, to the West line of the NE 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4; thence South along the said 40 line, 669.3 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence East,- 247.5 feet; thence S 45° East, 104.2 feet; thence -S -59° <br /> 45' West, 85.2 feet; thence South, 210.4 feet; thence N 75° 55' West, 254.2 <br /> feet; thence North, 264.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A. Commercial use of the property'shall be limited to the following uses: <br /> 1. All uses permitted in the C-1 District. <br /> 2. Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> 3. Sales of new and used motor vehicles. <br /> 4. Sales of new or used mobile homes, recreational equipment rental, <br /> sales and service. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - , <br />
