ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4970 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4970: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> of Section 24; thence Westerly 715 more or less feet; thence N 20° East 900 <br /> feet; thence N 550 feet; thence East to the Easterly line of said Section; <br /> thence South to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: MAY 17 1991 <br />
