ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4971 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4971: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section; thence North <br /> along the East line thereof 206.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing North, 1,030.00 feet; thence West, 175.00 feet; thence South, 400.00 <br /> feet; thence S 19° 55' 00" West, 670.08 feet; thence East, 403.26 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 191 <br />
