This existing school building proposed for conversion to <br /> office and warehouse use Is In an agricultural preservation area of the <br /> Town of Primrose. The adopted town/county policy on commercial use Is: <br /> To allow such commercial and industrial development as is <br /> needed to support existing agricultural activities where it <br /> will not result In environmental degradation or conflict <br /> with farming operations." <br /> While the proposed use Is not agriculture related, we have to consider <br /> that this is an.existing parcel with a substantial building available <br /> for use. <br /> If the use Is conditionally rezoned to the requested use, there would <br /> probably be less Impact than the school use. Since the C-2 district <br /> allows many heavy commercial and industrial uses, it will need to be <br /> conditionally rezoned. - <br /> E.H.D. - Petition 4973 A soil investigation has been completed at <br /> this site. No objection to this petition. <br /> Co. Hwy. - Petition 4973. No apparent problems. There is the possibility <br /> of a future relocation for CTH "G" through the intersection <br /> with Oak Grove Road. Relocation would be toward the west. <br />
