Aariculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4974: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 3 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 10 Town of <br /> Cottage Grove described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 3; thence N 00° 00' 58" West on North-South quarter line, 1340.17 <br /> feet; thence N 88° 53' 54" East, 1330.36 feet; thence S 00° 05' 15" West, <br /> 1338.44 feet; thence S 00° 15' 16" West, 1196.20 feet to the North right-of-way <br /> CTH BB; thence N 81° 22' 07' West along said right-of-way line, 977 feet more <br /> or less to a point of curve; thence Northwesterly 278 feet more or less along <br /> said right-of-way along the arc of a 2930 foot radius curve to the left chord <br /> bearing N 84° 05' West, 278 feet more or less; thence N 43° 20' West, 49 feet <br /> more or less to the East right-of-way of Kennedy Road; thence N 00° 14' East, <br /> 102 feet more or less; thence N 89° 46' West, 50 feet to the North-South <br /> quarter line of said Section 10; thence N 00° 14' East along said quarter line, <br /> 855 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
