The strippings will be pushed in all <br /> four directions building a berm around the outside perimeter. <br /> The plant site will be covered with crushed aggregate. We will be placing <br /> plastic liner under the asphalt & fuel tanks before the crushed aggregate is <br /> placed. <br /> We will also build clay dykes around all asphalt & fuel tanks.
