The potable asphalt plants will be removed from the site no later than September 1, 1991. <br /> 2. No asphalt or fuel must be stored, consumed or produced on this site, until Payne & <br /> Dolan, Inc. can produce documents from the Wisconsin DNR Air Management Group and <br /> Wisconsin DILHR Board of Petroleum Inspection and Fire Protection. That the proposed <br /> plant is in compliance with state code and regulations regarding: <br /> a. Air Pollution <br /> b. Diking and Spillage Containment of Onsite Petroleum Materials <br /> c. Code Required Site Fire Protection <br /> 3. The Town of Medina, Dane County and Payne & Dolan, Inc. accept responsibility for any <br /> property damage or well water pollution.
