The north one half of the southeast one quarter, and <br /> the northeast one quarter of the southwest one quarter. <br /> The current zoning status is "nonconforming." <br /> The owner is Helen L. Hensen, 5643 Hwy. 73, Marshall, WI 53559. <br /> The tax parcel numbers are: 0812-163-8000, 0812-164-8500 & 0812-164-8150. <br /> A plot plan & location is attached.
