INSTRUCTIONS FOR FACILITY PLOT PLAN <br /> 1 . This plot plan should include: a) facility buildings and their approximate <br /> exterior dimensions; b) the air pollution sources to be permitted and the <br /> stacks or vents exhausting pollutants to the ambient air; c) the location <br /> of facility property boundaries identifying those which are fenced to prevent <br /> public access; d) unpaved facility roads and vehicle traveled areas; e) <br /> outdoor storage piles, and f) surrounding public streets or roads. <br /> 2.
