Approval is hereby <br /> given to relocate the above asphalt plant presently located <br /> to the site located <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The plant roads shall be treated as necessary to prevent fugitive dust <br /> from traffic. <br /> 2. The air pollution control equipment shall be maintained and operated at <br /> all times. <br /> 3. That if the pollution control equipment malfunctions, this office be <br /> notified within eight normal working hours. <br /> 4. All wastes generated by this plant be disposed of in a safe, nuisance free <br /> manner. <br /> • <br /> 5. If water for this plant is to be provided from a high capacity well <br /> (70 GPM or greater), any required approvals be obtained from the Water <br /> Supply Section, Department of Natural Resources, Southern District <br /> Headquarters. <br /> This approval does not relieve you of the responsibility to correct problems <br /> that occur because of fugitive dust emissions or odors from this plant <br /> operation. If these problems occur, you will need to take action to correct <br /> them. <br /> • Once this plant is in operation, please contact of this office at <br /> • (608) 275-3 so an on-site inspection can be scheduled. <br />
