WHEREAS, Wingra Stone Cady is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, T6N, R8E, Town of Verona, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 9, thence <br /> South 0°21'00"W along the West line of said NW 1/4 of said Section 9, 1529.07 feet to <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing South 0°21'00"W along the <br /> West line of said quarter-quarter 33.12 feet to an iron stake; thence East along a line <br /> parallel with the North line of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 9 1315.5 feet <br /> to the centerline of Nine Mounds Road; thence North 0°09'W 33.12 feet along said <br /> centerline; thence West on a line parallel with the North line of the SW 1/4 of the <br /> NW 1/4 of said Section 9 1315.5 feet to the point of beginning.
