ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4978 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4978: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 9, thence S 000 21' 00" West <br /> along the West line of said NW 1/4 of said Section 9, 1529.07 feet to the point <br /> of beginning of this description; thence continuing S 000 21' 00" West along <br /> the West line of said quarter-quarter 33.12 feet to an iron stake; thence East <br /> along a line parallel with the North line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section <br /> 9, 1315.5 feet to the centerline of Nine Mounds Road; thence N 000 09' West <br /> 33.12 feet along said centerline; thence West on a line parallel with the North <br /> line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 9, 1315.5 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restriction will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A.
