' PETITION NO. 4/`/ 7 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF DEERFIELD TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petition; the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section _a_, Town of nParf;Plr3 , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4981: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 8, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 340 feet to the centerline of Oak Park Road; thence N 14° East along said centerline; 320 feet; thence continue N 08° East along said centerline, 320 feet to its intersection with the centerline of a Town Road; thence S 87° East along the centerline of said Town Road, 220 feet to its intersection with the East line of the aforesaid NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence South along said East line, 620 feet to the point of beginnign. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
