This reccomendation is based upon the <br /> assumption that the total farm acreage of Mr. Kelter is <br /> 90 acres. This 90 acre total appears to be a mistake on <br /> the zoning application when in fact the total acreage of <br /> the Kelter farm is approximately 129 acres.
