ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4984 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> • ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4984: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Albion described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the North quarter-quarter of said Section 6; thence <br /> South 33 feet to the South line of Kaase Road; thence East along the South line <br /> of Kaase Road, 537 feet; thence South 153 feet; thence West 683 feet; thence <br /> North 153 feet to the South line of Kaase Road; thence East along the South <br /> line of Kaase Road, 146 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 'IM. 00 9 1991 <br />
