Attached is a metes and bounds description of <br /> this area . <br /> The purpose of this request is for obtaining borrow material for the <br /> construction of the 18-151 project , ID 1200-03-72 . This permit is <br /> requested for the 1 991 construction season which is May 1 - <br /> November 15 , 1991 . The time of operation will be within daylight <br /> hours of 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM. <br /> This area between CTH P and USH 18-151 is suitable for borrow material <br /> in that the resulting area will be more farmable when completed . The <br /> area is in close proximity of requirements and can be returned to <br /> agricultural use . All available topsoil will be salvaged and replaced <br /> as well as approximately one foot depth of underlying clay replaced <br /> prior to top soiling .
