James & Sons, Inc.
I met today with Evelyne Midthun, 8713 U.S. Highway 18 & 151, Verona, WI
53593. She had submitted a letter concerning this permit request relative
to run off.
Mrs. Midthun was shown the proposed areas as well as a general description
of the construction area north of her property. I explained that the existing
water way would not be disturbed and that erosion control berms and sediment
traps with clear stone wires would be constructed at run off points, before
entering her property. These would be constructed on the work limit lines
shown on the contour map of the area included in our request.
I suggested that Mrs. Midthun contact your office after our explanation of
the proposed construction with her opinion.
Sincerely yours,
H.
