ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4990 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of - <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning <br /> District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural <br /> Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4990: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> The SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Verona. <br /> . CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> 1. A maximum of 2 parcels may be created: <br /> A. one parcel to be zoned RH-2 consisting of less than 8 acres in <br /> area and, <br /> B. a second parcel consisting of the balance of the property to be <br /> zoned RH-4. <br /> 2. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are- intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. <br /> 3. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by <br /> Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> A. future division of the proposed RH-2 and RH-4 parcels is not <br /> permitted. -B. buildings may not be constructed on the proposed RH-2 and RH-4 <br /> parcels within 410' of the South line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 31 Town of Verona. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void: <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
