This proposed addition to an existing house Is on a very <br /> small lot In the Town of Dunn. Since It is so small , the applicant <br /> should be asked to make every effort to add to the lot as opposed to <br /> allowing a larger house on such a small lot. We note that the entire <br /> area north of the Rutland-Dunn Townllne Road Is planned as a public <br /> wildlife area by the Department of Natural Resources. Therefore, there <br /> should be no further residential development In the area. <br /> E.H.D. — Petition 4992 An area for a replacement private sewage <br /> system has been identified on this parcel .
