(a)No new <br /> building shall hereafter be erected,and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered,moved or <br /> changed in use,nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district,until a zoning permit <br /> has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance." <br /> Section 12.06(1)(k)of the DCCO states that no permit fee is required for your project. <br /> 12.06 EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES.
