ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4994 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4994: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 23; thence <br /> West, along the North line of said Section 23, 60.86 feet; thence South, 434.93 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South, 390.18 feet; thence <br /> West, 314.11 feet; thence N 00° 18' 36" West, 360.49 feet; thence N 84° 37' 55" <br /> East, 317.46 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: APR I 1991 <br />
