The Departm-_nt cons not hold itself liable for any <br /> observet!ons made. <br /> OBSERVATION <br /> DFri QP:PPOS ONLY <br /> Dear Sir o r Madame : ..,•...w . «•SUBJECT: Inspection of Private Sewage System <br /> On October 5 , 1988 I made a visual inspection of the private <br /> sewage system at the above-referenced location and found no <br /> effluent at the bottom of the drainfield vent pipe. I also <br /> observed both septic tank and pump chamber manhole covers <br /> terminated at or above grade. I would recommend you contact <br /> a master plumber to install locking devices on both manhole <br /> covers.
