3. Covered and fenced enclosures shall not be located closer than 75 feet from the ordinary high water mark of any <br /> lake,river, or stream. <br /> (5) Violations. Any violation of these standards shall be subject to the penalties set forth in section 10.25(5). <br /> (6)Effective date.
