Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4996: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence North <br /> 249.2 feet along the West line of Section 25; thence East 199.3 feet; thence <br /> North 825.0 feet to the centerline of Kahl Road; thence Southeasterly along the <br /> centerline of Kahl Road, 892 feet more or less to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continuing Southeasterly along the centerline of Kahl Road 100 feet more <br /> or less; thence Southwesterly at right angles to the centerline of Kahl Road <br /> 400 feet more or less to the centerline of Black Earth Creek; thence Westerly <br /> along the centerline of said Black Earth Creek, 125 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly, 440 feet more or less to the centerline of Kahl Road and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
