ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4996 <br /> e . Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4996: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence North <br /> 249.2 feet along the West line of Section 25; thence East 199.3 feet; thence <br /> North 825.0 feet to the centerline of Kahl Road; thence Southeasterly along the <br /> centerline of Kahl Road, 892 feet more or less to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continuing Southeasterly along the centerline of Kahl Road 100 feet more <br /> or less; thence Southwesterly at right angles to the centerline of Kahl Road <br /> 400 feet more or less to the centerline of Black Earth Creek; thence Westerly <br /> along the centerline of said Black Earth Creek, 125 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly, 440 feet more or less to the centerline of Kahl Road and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: WI 0 3 1991 <br />
