ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4999 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R-3 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4999: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at Northwest corner of Lot #12, Block 3, Armstrong's Plat of London, <br /> also being point of beginning; tghence North 457.4 more or less feet along the <br /> West line of Block 3 and Block 1 to the Northwest corner of Lot #12, Block #1 <br /> Armstrong's Plat of London, thence West 40 feet on a line extension of North <br /> line of said Lot #12, Block 1, thence South 457.4 more or less feet on a line <br /> parallel to West line of Block #1 and Block 3, Plat of London, thence East 40 <br /> feet to point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: APR 11 1991 <br />
