ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5000 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MADISON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5000/913: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Madison described as follows: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 of Lot #4, Block 1, W.H. Jacobs and E.S. Barker's <br /> Subdivision, described as follows: Commencing at the center of Section 36, <br /> thence N 89° 34' 00" West, along the East-West quarter line and the centerline <br /> of East Badger Road, 596 feet to the centerline intersection with Nob Hill <br /> Road; thence N 00° 01' 30" West, along the centerline of Nob Hill Road, 197 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 34' 00" East, 30 feet to the East line of Nob Hill Road and <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence N 00° 01' 30" West, along <br /> the East line of Nob Hill Road, 153 feet; thence continuing along the East line <br /> of Nob Hill Road on the arc of curve to the left having a radius of 230 feet <br /> and a long chord subtended bearing N 04° 20' West, 68.00 feet; thence S 89° 34' <br /> 00" East, 150 feet; thence S 00° 01' 30" East, 220 feet; thence N 89° 34' 00" <br /> West, 142 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This above description is intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will <br /> become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. <br /> A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to the following: <br /> 1. Retail and service uses as specified in the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance under the C-1 Commercial District. Reference: Section <br /> 10.13(1)(a), 3/26/91. <br /> 2. Warehousing and storage incidental to a permitted use on the <br /> premises.
