Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #5006: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 17 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 20, Town of <br /> Cross Plains described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 20; thence S 00° 36' 33" West, along the East line of said Section 20, <br /> 120.35 feet; thence West, 640.56 feet; thence N 15° 00' 00" East, 411.56 feet; <br /> thence S 85° 03' 00" East, 301.00 feet; thence S 80° 08' 29" East, 240.79 feet <br /> to the East line of Section 17; thence S 00° 29' 25" West, along the East line <br /> of said Section 17, 210.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
