ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5007 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1, RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5007: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 19, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 19; thence N <br /> 89°- 33' 29" East, 1313.30 feet to the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence N 00° 16' 34" East along the East line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, 636.22 <br /> feet; thence S 58° 49' 16" West, 77.37 feet; thence N 00° 16' 34" East, 391.74 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West <br /> along the North line of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4, 1000 feet; thence South 800 feet; <br /> thence East 1000 feet to a point on the East line of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br /> North along said East line 800 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-1 EXCLUSIVE: Certified Survey #5717 recorded in Volume 27 Page 11 <br /> Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> The above listed Certified Survey #5717 shall be vacated. Amendment #5007 will <br /> become effective if, within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, Certified <br /> Survey #5717 has been vacated and duly recorded in the office of the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the vacation of the survey will <br /> cause Rezone Amendment #5007 to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE: SEP 0 3 1991 <br />
