50 /o <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3779 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That e <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in t Verona <br /> District the following described land: <br /> SJP <br /> PET. #3779: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest <br /> quarter of said Section 35; thence S 88° 46' 30" West 1307.0 feet; thence N <br /> 01° 31' West 560.0 feet; thence N 88° 46' 30" East 16.00 feet; thence N 01° <br /> 31" West 173.96 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 01° 31' West 190 <br /> feet; thecne N 62° 47' 20" East 110 feet, thence S 01° 31' East 190 feet; <br /> thence S 62° 47' 20" West 110 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1) . Outside storage or parking of commercial related vehicles is <br /> restricted to not more than one vehicle. <br /> 2) . Outside storage of contractor materials and/or supplies is not <br /> permitted. <br /> 3) . The LC-1 area shall be screened from the front (Easterly) and sides <br /> (North & South) pursuant to Section 10.16 (8) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance, as follows: <br /> Screening shall consist of either a planted evergreen screen <br /> at least six (6) feet in width and initially landscaped with four <br /> (4) foot tall evergreen shrubs to ultimately form a continuous hedge <br /> not less than five (5) feet in height and maintained with healthy <br /> shrubs, or a decorative wall or fence without signs and impervious <br /> to sight not less than six (6) ft or more than eight (8) feet in <br /> height. <br /> EFFECTIVE: December 12, 1986 <br /> • <br /> • <br />
