I he to have carpleted any excavation and total reclaraticn within <br /> tualw years frtrn the start. The area will be reelaima3 by the follaairg. All trues and brush <br /> will be left starbirg alcxg the bardries. Ary excavation below the level of the field to the <br /> North will be refi 1lel with clay ad black dirt. The finishal grade of the excavated area will <br /> be the sale as the fiPlcl to the North. This total area will that be able to be used for prodictien <br /> of a farm crop. <br /> This area is suitable for a source of fill sari for the follavirg reasons. This area vas <br /> used as a source of fill sand for farmers and stile camercial projects in the 194O's and 5O's. <br /> Follavirg that the area was used fcr years as a cattle lot. I have within the past 17 years <br /> atterptal twice to plant the prole area in pine trees. This did rot turn cut because of the <br /> pane sad soil. I would Dally like to irrprue my farm and the area described by taking tie <br /> sad art and fillirg with good soil.
