''S---0 /'1 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to <br /> change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 22 <br /> Town of Sun Prairie , Dane County, Wisconsin, from <br /> the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 & RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District. <br /> Pet. #5014: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 22, <br /> thence S 02° 36' West, 911 more or less feet to the centerline of CTH T; thence <br /> N 64° 46' East, along the centerline CTH T 704.3 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence N 02° 06' East, 334.0 feet; thence N 73° 05' East, 306 feet <br /> more or less; thence S 02° 06' West, 273 feet more or less to the centerline of <br /> CTH T; thence S 64° 46' West, 330 feet more or less along the centerline to the <br /> point of beginning.
