ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5015 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5015: <br /> TO RH-1: Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 21; thence <br /> North along the North-South quarter line of said Section, 1850 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing North along said quarter Section line, <br /> 220 feet to the centerline of Kippley Road; thence N 54° 06' 21" West along <br /> said centerline, 387.94 feet; thence N 68° 45' West along said centerline, 70 <br /> feet; thence S 20° 04' 56" West, 278.23 feet; thence S 66° East, 520 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> asid Section 21; thence North along the North-South quarter line of said <br /> Section, 1510 feet to the point of beginning.
