Petition 5017. This proposed bed and breakfast is an existing home on a <br /> 5-acre parcel in the farmland preservation area of the Town of Berry. <br /> The relevant adopted policy is: "Agriculture business and home <br /> occupations compatible with agricultural production should be permitted <br /> to rezone in designated areas for preserving agriculture. " <br /> To the extent that this is a home occupation, there appears to be no <br /> conflict with farming in the area. There are three homes to the south <br /> and east , but they are visually separated by the hill which Otto Kerl <br /> Road passes over . <br /> There should be a condition that no additions to the building will be <br /> allowed without further public review. <br /> 7 <br /> I ' l <br />
