ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5011 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth/Berry be amended to include in <br /> the RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 and a prt of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Black <br /> Earth described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section <br /> 36; thence West, 3960 feet; thence North, 1320 feet; thence S 75° East, 1330 <br /> feet; thence S 38° East, 300 feet; thence N 47° 45' East, 1325 feet to a point <br /> in the centerline of CTH KP; thence S 67° East, 700 feet along said centerline; <br /> thence S 87° 35' East, 866 feet along said centerline; thence South, 1320 feet, <br /> more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> 1. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED: This description is intended to describe <br /> land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey <br /> map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of <br /> the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> 2. the rezoned area shall be limited to a maximum of 4 parcels and, <br /> 3. Erosion Control Plans covering the construction of buildings and <br /> driveways shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning for approval and <br /> required erosion controls implemented prior to commencing with any <br /> construction. <br /> / <br /> EFFECTIVE: '' � �' <br />
