PETITION NO. 5011 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF BLACK EARTH/BERRY TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to 3366 change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 31' Town of Black Earth/Berry , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-4 Rural Homes District. Pet. #5011: Part of the SE 1/4 and a prt of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Black Earth. Also, a part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Berry described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 36; thence West, 3960 feet; thence North, 1320 feet; thence S 75° East, 1330 feet; thence S 38° East, 300 feet; thence N 47° 45' East, 1325 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH KP; thence S 67° East, 700 feet along said centerline; thence S 87° 35' East, 1896 feet along said centerline; thence S 71° East, 235 feet along said centerline; thence South, 1200 feet; thence West, 1250 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
