• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5021 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGDALE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5021: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Springdale described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map #5055; thence S 08° <br /> 54' 14" East, 586.02 feet to the Northerly right-of-way of Dahlk Circle; thence <br /> along said right-of-way on the arc of a 260.78 foot radius curve to the left <br /> whose long chord bears N 57° 20' 48" West 315.39 feet; thence N 20° 08' 20" <br /> West, along said right-of-way, 372.63 feet to the Southerly line of said CSM <br /> 5055; thence N 78° 59' 48' East, along said Southerly line, 308.81 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A. Only one duplex shall be constructed on the property. <br /> B. The property shall not be divided. <br /> EFFECTIVE: .JUN 11 1991 <br />
