D.E.D. <br /> No. • <br /> ANALYSIS: <br /> 5024 The rezone will provide zoning compliance for the area of the <br /> parcel which was inadvertently overlooked when the C-2 area was <br /> reduced at the request of the Town. <br /> CONCERNS EXPRESSED AT/AFTER PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 5024. This proposed residential rezone Is to provide an <br /> appropriate zone for the•remnant parcel of land between the C-2 zoning <br /> (for a recycling center) and the road. With a recycling center on the <br /> C-2 and the resultant truck traffic, It Is questionable whether this Is <br /> a suitable location for a house unless It is for the owner-operator. <br /> If the owner will not live here, there should be a condition on the <br /> rezoning which does not allow a house. <br /> Another alternative to the situation would be to amend by making the <br /> entire. site C-2, but apply the existing deed restriction to the entire <br /> site and specify the building location, since the current restriction <br /> requires Indoor processing. <br /> E.H.D. — Petition 5024 No objection to this petition. <br /> Co.
