<br /> Glenys Austin, b ing first duly sworn deposes and says
<br /> that he is a resident of the Town of Primrose, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin and has bee such a resident for more than 30 years.
<br /> Henry S. Austin was the father of this affiant:
<br /> It appears that he Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
<br /> of Section 14, Townsh p 5 North, Range 7 East, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin was at one ime divided into an area in the South-
<br /> west corner thereof w ich commenced at the Southwest corner
<br /> stake of said area, r n thence East 46 rods, thence North 40
<br /> rods to a stake, then e Westerly along the creek to the West
<br /> line of said forty an thence South to the place of beginning,
<br /> containing approximat ly 11 acres, and that the title to said
<br /> 11 acre parcel and th remainder of said forty were owned by
<br /> different individuals
<br /> On December 11, 901, my father, Henry Austin, obtained
<br /> a conveyance to said 1 acre parcel in the Southwest corner
<br /> of the Northwest 1/4 if the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14 by
<br /> deed recorded Februar 24, 1902 in Volume 189 of Deeds, page
<br /> 109 as document #2441'0 . At about the same time my father,
<br /> Henry S . Austin, a/k/. Henry Austin, obtained title to the
<br /> remainder of said forty by a deed dated November 26 , 1901
<br /> and recorded December 3, 1901 in Volume 187 of Deeds, page
<br /> 440 as document #2428 0 . Subsequently and on September 22 ,
<br /> 1948 my father, Henry Austin, together with my mother,
<br /> Clara Austin, entered into a land contract to convey the
<br /> Northwest 1/4 of the _'ortheast 1/4 of said Section 14 to
<br /> me and my wife, Belva Austin, which contract was recorded
<br /> September 29, 1948 in Volume 215 of Misc. , page 469 as
<br /> document #770987 . Th_ contract described the Northwest 1/4
<br /> of the Northeast 1/4 n the form of the two parcels, describing
<br /> the 11 acre parcel in the Southwest corner separately from
<br /> the remainder of said forty.
<br /> Subsequently and on June 11, 1950, following the death
<br /> of my father, Henry S Austin, the administrators of his
<br /> estate conveyed the N rthwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
<br /> said Section 14 to me and my wife, Belva, again describing
<br /> it in two parcels, in fulfillment of my land contract which
<br /> was dated June 11, 19 0 and recorded July 19, 1950 in
<br /> •
