However, <br /> since access from the West Beltline Highway has been eliminated, <br /> the subject property's ability to operate as a motel has been <br /> substantially reduced. <br /> III Intended Use <br /> The subject property will be converted to efficiency apartments. <br /> The renovation program includes the following: <br /> 1. Roof construction. <br /> 2. New gutters. <br /> 3. Aluminum siding. <br /> 4. Soffit/fascia work. <br /> 5. Parking lot replacement. <br /> 6. Boiler adjustment. <br /> 7. Interior painting. <br /> 8. General cleaning and repair. <br /> 9. Carpet replacement. <br /> 10. Door replacement both thermal and storm. <br /> 11. General landscaping and signage. <br /> 12. Kitchenette installation. <br /> The renovation program should begin on or about July 1, 1991 and <br /> will take approximately 90 days to complete. <br /> IV Dane County Board of Adjustments <br /> On April 25, 1991 the Dane County Board of Adjustments voted <br /> unanimously to recommend approval of the following zoning <br /> variances. <br /> 1. Reduce the parking ratio from two cars per unit to 1.25 cars <br />
