S-027 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to <br /> change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 14 <br /> Town of Christiana , Dane County, Wisconsin, from <br /> the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the R-lA Residential <br /> District. <br /> Pet. #5029: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 14, Town of Christiana <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4, Section 14, Town of Christiana, thence Northerly along the centerline <br /> of highland Drive, 512 feet, more or less, to a point that being the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence continuing Northerly 185 feet to a point, <br /> thence Westerly 394 feet to a point, thence Southerly 185 feet to a point, <br /> thence East 394 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
