ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5029 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5029: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 14, Town of Christiana <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4, Section 14, Town of Christiana, thence Northerly along the centerline <br /> of highland Drive, 512 feet, more or less, to a point that being the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence continuing Northerly 185 feet to a point, <br /> thence Westerly 394 feet to a point, thence Southerly 185 feet to a point, <br /> thence East 394 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE AN 0 2 1991 <br />
