ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT M). 1309 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 Relating to Districts in the Town of Bristol <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the zoning district maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include <br /> in the R2 Residence District the following described land: <br /> A part of the SE'h SE' of Section 2, Town of Bristol, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the SW corner of said quarter quarter, thence East along the <br /> South line, 132 feet to the point of beginning; thence North to the center- <br /> line of CTH "V"; thence Easterly along said centerline to its intersection <br /> with the centerline of Maple Street extended; thence South to the South line <br /> of said quarter quarter; thence West to the point of beginning. <br /> Commencing at the SW corner of said quarter quarter; thence North along the <br /> West line, 389.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 67° E, 188.1 feet <br /> to the centerline of CTH "VV";', thence Northeasterly along said centerline, <br /> 390 feet more or less; thence 71° i5' W, 381.5 feet to the West line of <br /> said quarter quarter; thence South to the point of beginning. <br /> A part of the NE1 NE1 of Section 11, Town of Bristol, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest coiner of the NE1 NEB, thence East along" <br /> the North line 132 feet to the ',point of beginning; thence continue East <br /> to the centerline of Maple Street; thence South along the centerline <br /> of Maple Street 975 feet; thenqe West 118 feet; thence North 316 feet; <br /> thence 'Nest 35 feet; thence North 158 feet; thence West to the West line <br /> of said quarter quarter; thence North 329 feet more or less; thence East <br /> 132 feet; thence North 176 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Effective: June 25, 1970 <br />
