,,e1111\11.::,, Land Conservation Division
Dane County Land&Water Resources Department
'°a 41 1839'1% Patrick J.Sutter,County Conservationist
DATE: September 21, 2010
TO: Greg Thompson
Owner
FROM: Jess Starks
Erosion Control Specialist
RE: Thompson Driveway Relocation—Erosion Control Permit
EC2010-0260
The submitted shoreland erosion control plan meets the needs of the site. The plan includes the
following requirements:
1. The site may only be accessed off of Cross Country Road, using the existing driveway entry
point. Any material deposited in the public roadway must be cleaned up throughout and at the
end of each workday. If the gravel driveway does not function well enough to control
tracking, additional measures will be required.
2. This site is internally drained. No runoff may leave the site or additional measures will be
required.
3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicular
traffic or grading may occur in the areas outside of the limits of disturbance on the plan. In
the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures and fees will be
required.
4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Grading and construction is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2010.
All disturbed areas must be permanently restored with seed and mulch on or before
October 15, 2010.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
1 Fen Oak Court,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-8812-PH:608/224-3730,FAX 608/224-3745
www.countyof dane.com/landconservation
