The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (October 15, 2010) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for <br /> the shoreland erosion control requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of Ordinances only <br /> and other approvals may be necessary. A permit card must be displayed on site prior to <br /> disturbing ground.
