Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District. <br /> Pet. #5033: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 9 and the point of <br /> beginning; thence West, along the North line of said Section 9, 1130 feet more <br /> or less; thence S 02° 00' East, 1175 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH <br /> PD; thence N 57° 25' East, along said centerline, 850 feet more or less; thence <br /> N 48° East, along said centerline, 510 feet more or less to the East line of <br /> said NW 1/4, thence N 01° West, along said East line, 375 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
