This action exceeded the density allowed by town/county policy. <br /> Dividing off existing farm buildings, Including the house, does not <br /> create additional development; however, the balance of lot one of the <br /> CSM remains, where an additional house can be built. <br /> Since there will be additional non-farm homes In the area, there needs <br /> to be some specific limits on the number of animals and where the <br /> resulting manure will be spread. The applicant Indicates the need for <br /> 40 head of cattle.
